By booking or staying at our PG accommodation in Pitampura, New Delhi, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Admission & Stay

• Admission is subject to availability and document verification
• Guests must follow house rules and discipline
• Illegal activities are strictly prohibited

2. Rent & Payments

• Rent must be paid in advance as per agreed terms
• Late payments may attract penalties
• Electricity and other charges may be billed separately

3. Property Usage

• Damage to property will be chargeable
• Guests are responsible for cleanliness of their rooms

4. Termination of Stay

Management reserves the right to terminate stay in case of rule violations or misconduct.
