Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds are processed for our PG accommodation in Pitampura, New Delhi.

1. Booking Amount

Any booking or token amount paid is generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

2. Security Deposit

• Refundable after checkout
• Subject to deductions for damages, dues, or unpaid bills
• Processed within 7–14 working days

3. Early Vacating

No refund will be provided for early vacating of the premises unless agreed upon in writing.

4. Refund Mode

Refunds, if applicable, will be made via bank transfer or original payment mode.
